Refunds

No refunds. All design services include three(3) revisions. Additional revisions are charged hourly. Hourly rates vary per project but start at $35. Rates will be specified & paid via invoice before additional revisions are commenced.

Returns

We pride ourselves in our high quality printing. Should your print order arrive damaged in transit, we will reprint and reship your damaged order portion at no additional cost to you. Proper photos are required to prove damage.

All communication is handled via email: urbmav@urbmav.com and will garner a 24-48 hour response. Please use "Damaged Order" in your subject line. Response time may be delayed without proper subject line.

Privacy Policy

All buying transactions are SSL certified. All payments are handled via a third party (PayPal) for your convenience and ours. UMGD does not accept any responsibility for any loss, disruption or damage to your data or computer system that may occur while using data contained in, or transmitted with, this website or other communications.

Art Ownership

Client retains all rights to marks and project designs purchased, except clothing line designs. Per project/unit royalty rates apply on a per project basis for all clothing design.

UMGD retains advertising privileges for all and any platform, publication or print.
